Commitment to Copyright Protection
ArabPulseX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on ArabPulseX infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:
- 1A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- 2Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- 3Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on the Service
- 4Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
- 5A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- 6A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake; and your name, address, and telephone number along with a statement consenting to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
ArabPulseX will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and will disable accounts that receive multiple valid takedown notices.
Content ID and Fingerprinting
We employ content identification technology to proactively detect and prevent unauthorized uploads of copyrighted material. Rights holders may participate in our content protection program by contacting us.
