By accessing or using ArabPulseX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2. Age Verification
This Service contains adult content intended for individuals aged 18 years and older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Content Policy
All content uploaded must comply with applicable laws. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: content involving minors, non-consensual content, content obtained through deception, revenge content, and content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
5. Creator Terms
Content creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, you grant ArabPulseX a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Service. Revenue sharing terms are defined in the Creator Agreement.
6. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies apply as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ArabPulseX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; use automated systems to access the Service; redistribute content without authorization; engage in any activity that disrupts the Service; or violate any applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
ArabPulseX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
